We are a Venue only

1. We will issue one credit for one future use of our services if you are unhappy with something that Frugal Freight LLC has done on your FIRST encounter with Frugal Freight LLC. If you expended $2.98 for an RFQ or Classified Ad the first encounter, we will issue a like credit for future use to the account that incurred the disappointment. You will not receive a credit for something that has resulted from out of the control of Frugal Freight LLC. For instance: a dispute with another customer; a dislike of the way Frugal Freight LLC does business after reviewing the site and participating in the site after the first time; or a power outage; or generally an act of God. Our services are sold on an "as is, where is; no warranty expressed or implied" basis. See the User agreement for more detailed reference. At no time will a credit be issued whether in the form of cash, check, credit to a credit card/debit card, or any future employed method of transferring payment.
